That’s why our dedicated team of Customer Service professionals is standing by, ready to assist with all your homeowner service request needs. From account questions and maintenance requests to general inquiries about your HOA, we offer personalized, hands-on service to ensure your issues are resolved quickly and with as minimal disruption as possible.

Portal Login

Log in to your homeowner account through the Caliber Portal. All your valuable association information is in one convenient place. This allows you to view your account information, review open work orders, review rule violations, and download important information such as governing documents or meeting minutes.

Don’t have a log-in yet? Click here to create your online account. You will need your account number, which can be found on your account statement, and an email address registered with us.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email from Caliber to set up your new username and password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk folder. If you need assistance with your Caliber login, please contact service@omega-mgt.com or 763.449.9100.

Get instant access to the Omega team with your personalized community app. As members of Innovia Co-Op, our app provides your Association with instant communication tools such as one-touch email and voice calls, access to the homeowner portal, and exclusive savings from our Innovia partner.

Pay Your Assessment

Pay your assessment with our automatic payment option. To register, please log in to the homeowner portal or complete the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) authorization form.

One-time payments may also be made through Paylease.

Pay with a checking or savings account for free or by credit card for a fee. Please note, it may take up to three business days for the payment to process.   

Access Resale Forms

Omega makes it easy to order important forms when selling a home including resale or refinance information, condo questionnaires, dues current information, and governing documents. Please go to HomeWise Docs.
