This person is the first contact with Omega Property Management either by phone or through email. The position requires very strong phone skills and the ability to diffuse negative situations. The right person for this position will have previous customer service/call center experience, be a detail oriented team player, goal driven, people oriented and the ability and desire to multi-task quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
