David Stendal – Founder
As founder of Omega Property Management, David’s vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and good old-fashioned Midwestern grit transformed a small, independent operation into one of Minnesota’s premiere HOA management companies. With over 40 years of experience in association management, David is still active as a public speaker and consultant, providing valuable insights and advice on how to achieve success in today’s rapidly changing industry. His philosophy is simple, yet effective – focus on the long-term goals of the association and always have a plan for the future.
Lance Stendal – President
Building on the vision and core values set by his father, David, Lance Stendal has taken Omega Property Management to the next level with superior leadership, state-of-the-art technology, innovative ideas, and unparalleled commitment to excellence. Lance has been involved in the family business from around age seven, so property management is in his blood. As a licensed real estate broker and Certified Manager of Community Associations, not only does he have a keen understanding of industry dynamics but keeps a finger on the pulse of the latest technology to constantly improve the processes and services omega offers to clients.
Before joining Omega, Lance ran Campus Media Group, a successful college marketing firm he co-founded in 2002. He holds a B.A. in history from the University of Minnesota. When he’s not helping clients, Lance is either training for his next half-marathon or spending time with his family.
Nicole Doeden – Sales and Marketing Manager
Nicole joined the company in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant, then as an Association Manager. Today, Nicole is the head of Sales and Marketing, establishes and manages process and transition for communities under development, and manages an association portfolio. A trusted advisor, Nicole is committed to serving clients through a keen eye for detail, dedication, and commitment.
Michele Lindgren – Project Manager
Michele has over three decades of property and project management experience, working with different property management and development firms including Service First Residential, INH Properties, and Torborg Builders. As an industry veteran, she oversees all capital improvement and insurance claim projects. Michele and her team of construction and engineering experts help clients achieve maximum value through streamlined efficiencies, improved coordination, and reduced costs.
Jim Rosvold – Community Operations Manager
Jim has been with Omega Property Management since 2012 and brings extensive first-hand HOA membership and entrepreneurial experience to the team. Prior to joining Omega, Jim served on his own HOA's Board as well as ran Campus Pizza, his family-owned restaurant at the University of Minnesota. Jim has earned and maintained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Minnesota and is a freelance photographer.
Pete Palmisano – Director of Operations
A 25-year veteran in operations and financial management, Pete has held several leadership roles with major corporations including Macy’s and Winmark. He was a former Vice President of Franchise Services for NTY Franchise Company where he created and implemented a strategic framework for five major franchise brands.
Linda Rothenberger - Director of Finance and Accounting
A veteran of the real estate industry, Linda has over 30 years of experience working in commercial real estate and HOA property management. Linda began her career as an accountant for CBRE, Inc., and over the course of her stay transitioned to manger, controller, and director, where she was responsible for overseeing financial reporting and shared services teams. Additionally, she also served as the compliance controller and was responsible for internal audits and service organization control (SOC). Moving to controller at Gittleman Management Corporation, Linda managed the accounting department responsible for client, corporate, and construction accounting and reporting. She partnered with the executive management team in championing company initiatives and served as the liaison with external auditors to ensure annual audits and tax report preparations were completed in a timely fashion. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Mary Jo Fleckenstein – Customer Service Manager
Mary Jo joined the Omega team as a seasoned customer service expert with an extensive background in building effective support center teams. Over the course of her career, she has trained and developed top-notch customer-centric professionals, first with QVC and more recently with Universal Atlantic Systems. Mary Jo brings her experience and dedication to Omega Property Management, taking the customer experience to the next level of support.
