Omega Property Management Promotes Jim Rosvold, CMCA, AMS, to Trainer

As a result of continued growth, Omega Property Management has promoted Jim Rosvold, CMCA, AMS, to trainer and hired Sara Gorsuch and Bob Pecor as association managers.

Rosvold has worked for Omega Property Management as an association manager since 2012. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the training of Omega Property Management association managers to ensure that all of the company’s clients continue to receive a high level of service.

“Jim has been an outstanding association manager since he joined our company,” said Lance Stendal, president of Omega Property Management. “In his new role we will be able to ensure that the high commitment to customer service that makes Jim popular with clients year after year is consistent across our entire team, including our newest employees Sara and Bob.”

Gorsuch comes to Omega Property Management after 12 years with Wendy’s FourCrown, the only Wendy’s franchise in the Twin Cities. She has an MBA and a project management certificate from Cardinal Stritch University. Gorsuch also has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and music from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Pecor brings a depth of knowledge in real estate property management and commercial sales and leasing. He has an associate degree in marketing and extensive experience in management consulting, training, public speaking and facilitation. He is a condo owner and understands the expectations of homeowners for their properties and amenities.
