We’ll take care of the numbers! With financial only services, we will take care of the billing and collection of assessments, create your annual budget, reconcile bank accounts, coordinate your tax preparation and filing, pay invoices, and prepare financial statements for the board.

Financial and Administrative

This is one step above Financial Only – and includes some of the other tasks the board or committees may not want to handle, such as preparation and mailing of the annual meeting notice, maintaining the corporate record book, reviewing of insurance coverage, enforcing of rules and regulations, and much more!

Financial and Maintenance

Perhaps you have a committee or board member who is great at paperwork but your association wants more on-site service. Our newest service level provides financial management along with maintenance services, so we’ve got our boots on the ground performing property visits, negotiating contracts, and monitoring contractor performance. Your community will also have access to our 24-hour emergency answering service, so no more late-night plumbing leak calls for you!
