Omega Property Management, one of the oldest homeowner association management companies in the Twin Cities, has created a new job position and filled it with a woman who is highly experienced in the real estate world.

Roxie Charchian started as association/project manager in November and will use her skills from past real estate management experience to serve Omega Property Management clients. Charchian has been in the industry for 24 years, including her previous position at Rhino Real Estate, where she was the owner for 16 years.

“After closing my own company, I noted that many of my clients chose to be managed by Omega Property Management, making me confident that Omega Property Management was a good place to land,” Charchian said. “I’m eager to contribute to the company’s success.”

Charchian’s new position at Omega Property Management entails overseeing both a small portfolio while also working on large projects and insurance claims. Within her role, Charchian uses her career experience to succeed. For example, Charchian’s previous position with Centex/Pulte Group, the national home builder, has allowed her to create associations and work closely with the company’s land development team, similar to her position at Omega Property management. “Roxie’s expertise and experience between her own business and past management companies have proven that she will be a successful project manager here,” said Lance Stendal, president of Omega Property Management. “Along with her previous positions, Roxie also has volunteer experience as a board member with Sensible Land Use Coalition and has attended classes for software development, which shows she is dedicated to going above and beyond to extend her knowledge on the industry.”
