Omega Property Management Wins Two 2025 CAI-MN Vision Awards

Posted by Lance Stendal | Dec 22, 2025

At Omega Property Management, we believe strong communities don’t happen by accident – they’re built through steady leadership, smart planning and a commitment to doing the right thing for homeowners. That’s why we’re excited to share some great news: Omega Property Management has been recognized with two 2025 Vision Awards from the Community Associations Institute – Minnesota Chapter (CAI-MN).

These awards celebrate excellence in the community association industry, and we’re honored to be acknowledged alongside the dedicated volunteer leaders and professionals who make Minnesota communities thrive.

Association Board of the Year: Garden Villas at the Reserve (Plymouth)
One of the highlights of this year’s recognition is Garden Villas at the Reserve, a Plymouth-based townhome community, which received Association Board of the Year (Over 100 Homes).

This award reflects what can happen when a Board of Directors stays focused on long-term value – especially when facing big, complex priorities. Garden Villas at the Reserve was recognized for guiding the community through major decisions that supported property values, financial stability and responsible maintenance planning. With the help of professional engineering guidance and organized project management, the Board of Directors took on deferred maintenance and helped keep homeowners informed along the way.

In today’s HOA environment, clear communication matters as much as technical expertise. When residents understand the “why” behind the work, communities move forward with less confusion – and far more trust.

Mentor/Trainer of the Year: Lynne Peterson
Omega Property Management Senior Manager Lynne Peterson also received a 2025 Vision Award – Mentor/Trainer of the Year.

With more than 25 years of management experience, Lynne has become a trusted resource for developing community managers and strengthening internal leadership. Her approach

is practical and people-first: coaching newer team members, sharing best practices and helping others build the confidence to manage complex communities with professionalism and care.

Mentorship may not always be visible from the outside, but it’s one of the most powerful drivers of consistent service – and we’re proud to see Lynne’s impact recognized.

Additional Recognition: Extraordinary Support Staff Finalist
We’re also happy to share that Tiffani Farwell was named a finalist for Extraordinary Support Staff – Management Company. Behind every well-run community is a strong operations team, and this recognition highlights the importance of responsive, detail-oriented support.
