Omega Property Management — one of the Twin Cities’ oldest homeowner association management companies — announced today that two recent hires and a promoted team member are now filling key roles as association managers with the Maple Grove-based firm.

“Our recent and sustained growth led to these new opportunities,” said Lance Stendal, president of Omega Property Management. “They are testament to the wide range of services we provide to our clients. These three new association managers have the skills and expertise to professionally meet our clients’ diverse needs,” Stendal said.

One of the new hires is Cody Gorsuch. Throughout his career, Gorsuch has specialized in training and currently enjoys using his teaching skills in group settings with homeowner-clients and association board members.

Another new association manager, Jamie Uitermarkt, has 15 years of customer service experience, and is a recent Rasmussen College graduate. She is grateful that her new role as association manager gives her the opportunity to use her training and technology-related skills with her clients.

Alyson Astleford, who recently was promoted from an administrative assistant role at Omega Property Management, has worked for the company since June. She also has experience as a restaurant manager and graduated from Augsburg University with a degree in communication studies.
