Omega Property Management Hires Nicole Doeden as Association Manager

Posted by Omega | May 1, 2017

Today we announced that Nicole Doeden has rejoined our organization as association manager. She previously worked for Omega Property Management as association manager from 2007 to 2014.

In her new role, Nicole will manage homeowner associations, help to train and develop other association managers, and contribute to the marketing of Omega Property Management.

“Association managers are vital to our organization because they are the main point of contact with our clients. They are responsible for safeguarding the financial and aesthetic aspects of homeowner associations as well as guiding communities in the proper direction,” said Lance Stendal. “Having Nicole back at our organization will be a tremendous asset, as her experience will add to ensuring that we have the best association managers.”

Nicole is returning to Omega Property Management from a position at Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes. She is a Realtor and has a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Scholastica.

Welcome back, Nicole!
