Omega Property Management Establishes Project Management Division
Omega Property Management, one of the most experienced and advanced homeowner association management companies in the Twin Cities, has launched a project management division and hired three new team members to support the company’s growth.
Michele Lindgren, an industry veteran with 35 years of construction and property management experience, has joined the company as project manager and will lead the new project management division.
“The launch of the project management division will provide the opportunity for our association property managers to concentrate on the other facets of their position,” said Lance Stendal, president of Omega Property Management. “Michele’s extensive experience makes her the right fit to lead and grow this new division.”
In her new role, Lindgren will research, bid and present proposals, and supervise all related projects with clear communication with boards, homeowners and vendors. She worked previously at Omega Property Management as an association manager for multiple properties. Earlier in her career, Lindgren formed, managed and grew St. Cloud-based Torborg Property Management.
In addition to Lindgren, Colleen Watschke and Jeremy Wistl have joined Omega Property Management as community association managers. Watschke has served as the property manager for Hiawatha Flats and Oak Grove Towers, in addition to having had a career in marketing. Wistl previously worked for Advanced Innovative Management as a community association manager and brings over five years’ worth of experience to Omega Property Management.
