HOA Day at the Capitol
Important legislation is being considered at the Minnesota Capitol that could significantly impact how HOAs are governed across the state.
On Wednesday, April 2nd at 10:30 AM, Omega Property Management will join other industry professionals, homeowners, and advocates for HOA Day at the Capitol. This is a coordinated effort to voice our concerns about SF 1750 and HF 1268, two bills that propose changes to the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA).
We encourage you to attend and stand with us in support of strong, well-managed communities.
