Background
Omega Management was founded in 1977 by David Stendal. It is one of the
oldest Association Management companies in the Twin Cities, with David
still at the helm as the senior principal of the organization. David’s
passion for developing healthier, more financially stable Associations
led him to serve as president of Community Associations Institute
(CAI) – Minnesota Chapter. He was also involved in the creation
of the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) and has
served on numerous committees for CAI.
